The days of the stodgy accountant are over. We go beyond the cold numbers, providing tax services and planning with a personal connection to our clients. Based in Portland, Oregon, we remotely serve clients across the US. Our practice is fully paperless and online — and yes, we want to see your pets during video meetings. Hailing from the East Coast, Kate graduated with a B.A. in psychology from Reed College, then took a brief detour through law school before discovering her real calling was in accounting and tax. After obtaining a post-bacc certificate in accounting from Portland State University, she worked for several years specializing in trusts and estates at two Portland accounting firms. When she's not crunching numbers, she enjoys all kinds of fabric craft - knitting, sewing, and embroidery — as well as baking a pretty decent chocolate cake.

Jeff earned an associate's degree in accounting from Front Range Community College, and a B.S. in accounting from Portland State University. He started working for a New Jersey accounting firm in 2014 before moving to Portland and specializing in tax services for individuals and trusts. In his spare time, he enjoys indoor bouldering, leatherworking, and exploring the many great food options Portland has to offer.
